According to the Ormond Beach Observer, WWE Hall of Famer Tamara Lynn Sytch was involved in a deadly collision and is being investigated by Florida authorities.

Sytch, 49, was involved in a three-car collision at Ormond Beach that killed Julian Lafrancis Lasseter, 75, of Daytona Beach Shores.

Sytch allegedly slammed into the back of a 2013 Kia Sorrento at a stoplight on March 25 at 8:30 p.m.

According to police, the accident pushed the Kia into the rear of a 2011 GMC Yukon that was also stopped at the signal.

The Observer reports that a warrant was “approved and executed to get a blood sample,” which police are using to establish if Sytch was impaired.

According to TMZ, police stated in their report that they felt Sytch was impaired by drinking.

Additionally, police in Ormond Beach informed TMZ that they are requesting expedited findings from the tests and that charges may be filed.

Sytch was a WWE mega-star manager in the 1990s, but she has a checkered record, particularly in recent years.

She was detained in January on accusations of possessing a weapon and making terroristic threats after allegedly threatening to kill her "intimate boyfriend" with a pair of scissors.

Prior to that, in February 2019, she was arrested and charged with her sixth DUI.
